Features:
The CPAM shows the white powder appearance, the Molecular weight is between 8000000 and 15000000; the Ion degrees is from 20% to 55%;it has good soluble performance, can soluble in water and insoluble in organic solvents in any proportion. The valid PH value limits are from 1to14, it can be applied in wastewater treatment which takes negative electricity charge and rich in organism.
Applications:
Sludge Dewatering: According to the nature of the sludge the different types of products should be chosen, can effectively in sludge into pressure filtration before gravity sludge dewatering. Producing big floccules in dehydration do not adhere to the filter cloth and not scatter in filter processing; high dehydrated efficiency, the mud cake moisture content under 80%.
Sewage and organic wastewater treatment: This product in acidic or alkaline medium shows electro positivity, can effectively flocculation, precipitation and clarification to the suspended particles sewage which takes negative charges. Such as grain alcohol wastewater, brewery wastewater, paper mill waste water, sugar refinery wastewater, meat food wastewater, beverage plants wastewater, textile printing, urban sewage treatment plants of wastewater, etc. The effect of CPAM is far better than APAM, NPAM and inorganic salt because such sewages are commonly bring negative charge.
